It doesn't happen often, but occasionally a projects pre-production starts and then the whole project gets pulled.

Usually it's due to a lack of funding, or a change in direction of the creative work being done (this an example of the latter) but that doesn't mean that the pictures aren't pretty enough to show off.

Mid July 2011, one of our clients came to us with an ambitious project. We were tasked with creating an entirely digital museum of automotive awesome; these renders of a Mercedes 300SL were some of the first tests we started working with before the scope of the project ended up getting changed entirely.
